We accept returns of new and unused jewelry within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Items that have been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted. All previous shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for returns and the shipping costs associated with these returns, and we recommend using a tracking number and insuring shipments for the value of the returned item.
